1. Separate the eggs, beat the whites until stiff then fold in the yolks, water and flour. 2. Remove seeds and clean chilies, then stuff with cheese. 3. Spoon a portion of the egg mixture (large enough to support a chili) onto a heated frying pan then place a chili on top of the mixture. Then add another portion of egg mixture on top of the chili. 4.
