Chili Rellenos


1. Separate the eggs, beat the whites until stiff then fold in the yolks, water and flour.

2. Remove seeds and clean chilies, then stuff with cheese.

3. Spoon a portion of the egg mixture (large enough to support a chili) onto a heated frying pan then place a chili on top of the mixture. Then add another portion of egg mixture on top of the chili.

4. Brown one side then the other.
