1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan and cook the prawns for 1 minute. Remove. 2. Tip in the chili and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add the scallions and corn and cook for 1 minute, then add the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, noodles and about 7 tbs water. 4. Simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce is syrupy, then stir in the shrimp. 5. Scatter the chives and cilantro over. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
