1. Combine water, wine, soy sauce and peppercorns in medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat. 3. Add shrimp; reduce heat to medium. 4. Cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp are opaque. 5. Drain well. 6. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. 7. Combine sweet and sour sauce and mustard in small bowl; mix well. 8.
