1. In a medium pot, heat some vegetable oil, add ginger, diced green onions. Stir a little then add the pork ribs, brown them for a few minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Stir again. Add char siu sauce, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, mix well. 2.
