1. Make sauce/marinade: 2. In a bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic until smooth. 3. Add beef and marinate for 30 minutes. 4. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons water and 1/2 tsp garlic powder until smooth. 5. Remove beef from marinade; add it to the cornstarch mix bowl and toss. 6. In a large skillet or wok over medium high heat, stir-fry beef in 1 tablespoon veggie oil (and a dash of sesame oil) until beef reaches desired doneness; remove and keep warm. 7. Stir-fry broccoli and onion in 1 tablespoon oil (and a dash of sesame oil) for 4-5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. 8. Return beef to pan. 9. Add meat marinade to the pan. 10.
