Chinese Chicken Cutlets


1. Combine everything except chicken in a mixing bowl, mixing well.

2. Place cutlets in shallow pan and pour sauce over them.

3. Marinate overnight in refrigerator, or for 1.5 to 2 hours at room temperature.

4. Broil or barbecue chicken for 20 minutes, turning and basting often.
