1. Cut the asparagus into slices diagonally. 2. Place in a saucepan and pour the boiling water over the asparagus. 3. Return to a boil and cook for two minutes. 4. Drain and cool under running cold water. 5. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the asparagus. 6.
