Chinese Crunch Salad


1. Toss cabbage and green onions together.

2. Melt butter in large skillet.

3. In the melted butter, brown the crumbled ramen with sesame seeds and almonds, being careful not to burn them.

4. Cool.

5. Keep dressing and noodles separate until ready to serve.

6. Toss all ingredients together just before serving.

7. NOTE: You can also add chopped cooked chicken or mandarin oranges if desired.
