1. Scramble eggs. Set aside. 2. In large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil on medium high heat. 3. Add garlic to heated oil and stir. 4. Add vegetables, onion and beef. 5. Mix until blended and cook, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes. 6. Add rice and cook, stirring constantly until rice is hot. 7.
