1. Fry garlic and ginger on medium-high heat until beginning to brown. Add green onion and let fry for half a minute. 2. Add chicken cubes and turn up the heat to high, stir-frying until opaque. 3. Turn heat back down to medium. Toss in peanuts and soybean paste, stirring to coat. 4. Sprinkle sugar over the mixture and stir for a minute or two longer. 5. Serve with rice. 6. *If your peanuts are not roasted, put them in an oven preheated at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Stir once before done.
