Chinese Roast Chicken Wings


1. Place wings in a large bowl with all other ingredients.

2. cover and refrigerate 3 hours or over night.

3. Preheat over to moderate.

4. drain chicken wings and reserve marinade.

5. place wings into baking dish and bake uncovered basting with marinade or do what I do and throw the marinade in the pan.

6. bake 45 - 1 hour until golden and brown.
