Chinese Sautéed Bok Choy


1. In a cup, combine the stir-fry sauce, sugar, water, sesame oil and flour.

2. In a wok, heat oil and fry the garlic and ginger.

3. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

4. Add the bok choy and the mixture and simmer for 3 minutes.

5. Add the tofu and simmer again for another 1 minute.
