1. In a large skillet saute ground turkey. 2. Break up pieces with a wooden spoon. 3. Cook until no longer pink about 7-8 minutes. 4. Drain any fat. 5. Add tomato sauce, hoisin sauce, water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ground ginger. 6. Stir to combine. 7. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. 8. Stir occassionally. 9. Divide mixture equally over 6 aplit roll bottoms. 10. Sprinkle with sliced scallions. 11.
