Chinese Sweet And Sour Pungent Barbque Sauce


1. Saute onion in oil until translucent.

2. Add garlic stir until you can smell the garlic.

3. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT sherry and corn starch.

4. Simmer 15 minutes.

5. Stir together corn starch and sherry.

6. Add corn starch and sherry mix to other ingredients.

7. Simmer until thick.
