1. In a medium size bowl, combine mayo, lime juice, honey and chopped chipotle chile. Add slaw mix, onions, and parsley and mix well. Set aside. 2. Lay a flour tortilla on a plate and top with 1.5 oz roast beef and 1 oz sliced cheese. 3. Place plate in microwave and microwave briefly (about 15 seconds) just to warm tortilla so it is easier to roll. 4. Top cheese with 1/4 of the slaw and roll up.
