1. Melt the butter, stir in the condensed milk, then cool.

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Press the mixture into a slice pan, about 26 x17 cm and refrigerate.

4. Top with lemon icing when cool.

5. and cut into sqaures or rectangles.
