1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Stir almond paste and melted butter to form a soft paste. 3. Slice open 4 fresh croissants. 4. Spread almond paste mixture equally on cut sides of bottom halves, then sprinkle chocolate equally over almond paste. 5. Replace tops. 6.
