Chocolate Chunk Oat Cookies


1. Preheat oven to 375°.

2. Beat shortening and sugars until creamy.

3. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla, beating again until creamy and smooth.

4. Add the flour, baking soda and salt.

5. Mix well.

6. Stir in the oats, chocolate chunks and nuts.

7. Mix well.

8. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

9. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
