Chocolate Covered Strawberries


1. Cover a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.

2. Break up the chocolate and place in a small metal bowl.

3. Place over a saucepan of hot water and heat until melted.

4. Remove from the heat and stir.

5. Do not remove the leaves from the strawberries.

6. Dip into the chocolate, leaving part of the fruit uncovered.

7. Place on the non-stick baking paper and leave until the chocolate is dry and set.
