1. Prehat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. 2. Combine butter and chopped dark chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth and combined. 3. Transfer to a large bowl, add eggs and sugar. Stir until combined. 4. Sift flour and cocoa together over the chocolate mixture, then gently fold through. 5. Add choc chips and hazelnuts, stir until combined. 6. Drop tablespoonfuls of biscuit mixture onto baking trays, allowing room for spreading. 7.
