Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies


1. Beat butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients, then mix well.

3. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, place approximately 5cm apart on a greased tray.

4. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until firm.

5. Allow biscuits to stand for 5 minutes, before cooling on wire racks.
