Chocolate Ice-Cream Cake


1. Preheat oven to 180.C or 160.C fan-forced.

2. Grease & line a deep 20cm round cake pan.

3. Using an electric mixer beat together cake mix, ice-cream & eggs for 1 min, scraping down the bowl.

4. Beat on med for 3 mins, pour into pan & bake for 35-40 mins or until cooked through.
