1. In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels (broken into bite-sized pieces), and cashews (also broken into pieces). Set aside. 2. Over a double broiler, or on very low heat, carefully melt chocolate chips and oil in a medium saucepan. 3. Once smooth, remove from heat. 4. Pour melted chocolate into cereal mixture. Mix until evenly coated. 5. Spread out on waxed-paper lined baking sheets. 6. Let cool in freezer or fridge until chocolate has hardened. 7.
