1. Line line pie pan with pastry. 2. Prick & cook. 3. Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. 4. Add egg yolks & mix. 5. Gradually add milk. 6. Stir well & cook until almost thick, then add vanilla & butter. 7. Stir constantly. 8. Put into pie case. 9. Beat egg whites with a little sugar & cream of tartar until stiff. 10. Spread on top of pie. 11.
