1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Melt butter and add to sifted flour, cocoa and icing sugar. 3. Keep 1/3 of mix aside, press the rest into a greased tray. 4. Top with jam. 5. Crumble the rest of the mix over the top, press lightly. 6. Bake 20-30 mins till golden. 7. Cut into fingers while warm. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
