1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add unbeaten egg and vanilla and mix well. 3. Fold in sifted flour, alternatively with milk. 4. Place mixture in greased, oven proof/microwave proof dish. 5. In separate bowl mix sugar and cocoa. 6. Sprinkle cocoa-sugar mixture evenly over cake mixture (DO NOT STIR). 7. Gently pour over warm/hot water. (DO NOT STIR). 8. Place in moderate oven for 35 minutes or microwave 8 minutes (1200 watt oven).
