Chocolate Sauce Pudding


1. Cream butter and sugar.

2. Add unbeaten egg and vanilla and mix well.

3. Fold in sifted flour, alternatively with milk.

4. Place mixture in greased, oven proof/microwave proof dish.

5. In separate bowl mix sugar and cocoa.

6. Sprinkle cocoa-sugar mixture evenly over cake mixture (DO NOT STIR).

7. Gently pour over warm/hot water. (DO NOT STIR).

8. Place in moderate oven for 35 minutes or microwave 8 minutes (1200 watt oven). You might want to keep watch as sauce might overflow.
