1. Melt the peanut butter and honey in a very large pot, stirring frequently. 2. When hot through, remove from the heat. 3. Stir in the chocolate chips until they melt. 4. Add the vanilla. 5. Stir in the peanuts and rice crisps. 6. Press into an oiled 9"x 13" inch pan. 7. Chill and cut into squares. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
