4. Make a big roll again.

5. Make a ball and roll into the size of a puri.

6. Spread little ghee all over and bring all edges together.

7. Press to flatten.

8. With the help of a little dry flour roll into thin round pancake.

9. On a hot Tava, cook like a Parantha, that is browning with ghee on one side.

10. Repeat procedure until finished.
