1. Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil. 2. Remove chorizo from casings and add to the frying pan, breaking it up as you brown it. 3. Add canned tomatoes, salt and drained beans. 4. Simmer for about 30 minutes. 5. Serve over rice or in tortillas.
