1. Slice the chorizo not too thickly and chop the chilli. 2. Heat the oil in heavy based skillet fry chorizo and chopped chilli and Smokey Paprika for about a minute at a high heat. 3. Add Cut Variety potatoes to skillet. 4. Dont move around too much as you are wanting to get the potatoes crunchy. 5.
