1. Mix mince, onion, breadcrumbs, ketchup, eggs, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, salt and pepper together. 2. Shape into balls. 3. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown the meatballs and the garlic. 4. Combine the tomato sauce and water and add to frying pan. 5. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. 6. Cook spaghetti noodles. 7.
