1. Chop chipped beef and scallion fairly small but not minced. 2. Use green part too. 3. Mix into cream cheese with the worcestershire sauce until well incorporated and smooth. 4. Mold into a ball, or place in a crock. 5. Serve with assorted crackers. 6.
