Christmas Orange Salad

1. Peel oranges and separate into segments, removing seeds.

2. Save peel to decorate; form into flowers.

3. Julienne pepper, and thinly slice onion.

4. Toss with sprouts and oranges.

5. Whisk together vinaigrette with orange juice and thyme, pour over salad.

6. Serve decorated with orange peel flowers.
