1. Cut feta into 1-inch pieces. 2. Place in a bowl; add milk. 3. Cover and chill 8 hours. 4. (Soaking reduces sodium content.) Drain. 5. Process feta cheese, cream cheese, and next 3 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. 6. Chill 30 minutes. 7.
