1. Put couscous, juice concentrate, lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon and salt to taste in a large mixing bowl and stir. 2. Add boiling water, stir to mix and cover. 3. Allow to rest about 10 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. 4. Fluff with a fork. 5. Stir in greens and pepper to taste. 6. Add oranges and toss to mix. 7.
