Clam Cakes


1. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

2. Mix well.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

4. In a deep pot heat 3 inch of oil to 375 degrees.

5. Drop batter in by the teaspoonfull.

6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

7. Drain and serve hot.

8. Sprinkle with pepper and Old Bay Seasoning.
