1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9x13 baking dish. 2. In a large bowl, combine the soup, green chiles, sour cream, 1/2 of the cheeses, and 1/2 of the green onions. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of this mixture for topping. 3. To the remainder of the mixture, add the chicken and mix well. 4. Place 3 heaping tablespoons of the chicken filling on each tortilla and roll. Place seam side down in the baking dish in a single layer. 5. Spread reserved topping mixture over the chalupas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese & green onions. 6.
