Coconut Bars


1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).

2. In large bowl, combine oats,coconut,nuts,wheat germ,sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins and salt.

3. In another large bowl, combine melted butter, honey, eggs and vanilla until well blended.

4. Pour over dry ingredients and mix to combine.

5. Press into 10 x 15- inch (25 x 40 cm) jelly roll pan.

6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
