1. Heat butter in sauce pan to medium. 2. Add ginger, onion and garlic to pan. 3. Cook until golden brown. 4. Add chicken, turn occasionally. 5. Cook 2 minutes. 6. Add salt, pepper, tumeric and garam masala. 7. Cook 5 minutes. 8. Add chili peppers and cashews. 9. Cook 5 minutes. 10. Add coconut cream, stir well. 11. Cook 2-3 minutes. 12.
