1. Bring the water to a boil; add coconut. 2. Cook for 5- 10 minutes. 3. Add sugar to the pot. 4. Watch constantly and cook for additional 25 minutes, stirring frequently, until coconut hardens. 5. Remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients. '. 6.
