Coconut Egg Pakodas


1. Prepare the batter by mixing together all the ingredients mentioned under"For batter".

2. Take a piece of egg and press a little chutney on top of the yolk (make sure it is stuck_).

3. Repeat this for all the egg pieces.

4. Then, heat oil in a pan.

5. Dip the egg in the batter mixture.

6. Fry into simple and tasty egg pakodas.

7. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
