1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients. 2. Place bread slices in a large shallow dish (you may need 2 dishes). 3. Pour egg mixture over bread, turn bread to coat, and let stand 10 minutes. 4. Cook 2 slices of bread at a time in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes each side. 5. Place slices in a large baking pan and sprinkle each slice with a little flaked coconut. 6.
