1. Line large loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans with parchment paper. 2. Preheat oven to 325*. 3. Beat butter and sugar till creamy. 4. Add eggs and extracts. 5. Mix well and set aside. 6. Combine fruits, nuts, coconut, flour and baking powder. 7. Add to butter mixture. 8. Spoon batter in prepared pan. 9. Bake for 2 – 2½ hours. 10.
