1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cream butter, sugars and egg together thoroughly. 3. Add sifted flour, oats, coconut, wheatgerm and sifted baking powder and bi-carb soda. 4. Mix well. 5. Stir in raisins. 6. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie batter onto lightly greased baking sheets then flatten slightly with the back of a floured fork. 7.
