Coconut Wreaths - Kokoshringir


1. Mix flour, coconut and sugar.

2. Fold in the egg and butter and knead.

3. Run through a cookie press, taking lengths of about 8 cm. and forming them into circles.

4. Put on a baking sheet and bake at about 180°C for about 8 minutes, or until they are a light golden colour.
