1. Mix vinegar and milk together.

4. Add all dry ingredients except flour and mix well.

5. Using a spoon, stir in flour.

6. Let sit for about 5 minutes.

7. Pan or griddle fry until bubbles break the surface and edges are firm.

8. Flip and cook until golden brown.
