1. Wash and dry cod fillets. 2. Place in a buttered casserole and season with the salt and pepper. 3. Sprinkle parsley and onion over it. 4. Cover with mayonnaise. 5. Bake in a pre-heated hot oven for 20 minutes. 6. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs over it and bake another 5 minutes. 7. Serve. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
