1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and sugar in a bowl. 2. Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes. 3. Marinate tofu cubes in sauce for 10 minutes. 4. Top with scallions, sesame seeds and optional red pepper. 5. Chill for 15 minutes. 6.
