Colombian Chocolate


1. In large saucepan heat chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, and salt. Stir till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

2. Heat to boiling and simmer 2 min, stirring constantly.

3. Add milk, cover and heat thoroughly, but do not boil.

4. Add vanilla.

5. Just before serving, whisk briskly, until foamy.
