Comoros Vegetarian Sandwich


1. Slice a baguette in half lengthwise.

2. Spread with a thin(or thick) layer of mayonnaise.

3. Next, place juicy slices of ripe tomatoes. The juices will seep into the bread a bit and make for excellent flavor.

4. Add the cucumber slices.

5. Add a layer of hard-boiled eggs.

6. Salt and pepper to taste.

7. Cover with the top half of the bread and cut sandwich in half.

8. Eat up!
